For tattoo and permanent makeup artists

Booking, deposits and a studio website, run from your phone.

BookAmore takes the request, waits for your approval, collects the deposit and puts the appointment on your calendar. Your clients book on a page that looks like your studio, not like software.

How a booking happens

  1. Step 1

    Client asks

Your booking page carries your own request form. Sizes, placement, reference photos, whatever you need to quote the work. Tattoos come to you as a request; services you book straight away skip the wait.

  2. Step 2

    You decide

Requests land in the app with the answers and photos attached. Correct the service or the size if the client guessed wrong, then approve. Nothing reaches your calendar before you say so.

  3. Step 3

    They book and pay

Approving sends a one-time link. Your client picks from the times you are actually free, signs whatever you require, and pays the deposit. The link works once and then it is spent.

  4. Step 4

    It is on your calendar

The appointment appears with the deposit recorded against it, the conversation already open, and reminders scheduled. Rescheduling is a link, not a phone call.

What comes with it

A booking site you control

Every studio gets its own page: services, portfolio, about, contact, and pages you write yourself. Colors, fonts, background and banner are edited in the app with a live preview, and published when you are ready.

Deposits that hold the slot

Take a deposit as part of booking and it goes to your own Stripe account, not ours. Set it as a percentage of the service. Refund from the app, in part or in full, and the books stay right.

Your calendar, your hours

Set your week once. Block a day, a holiday or an afternoon. Clients only ever see times that fit the work they booked, and a time held mid-checkout cannot be taken out from under them.

Client records worth keeping

Every client has a history: what they booked, what they paid, what they signed, and how often they showed up. Import the contacts you already have and export them whenever you want.

Waivers and consent forms

Attach documents to the booking flow and the client signs before the appointment exists. The wording is copied onto the signature, so editing the form later cannot change what somebody agreed to.

Messages in one thread

Email to and from your clients lands in the app beside their booking, with attachments. Your studio gets its own address, so a reply reaches you rather than a personal inbox.

Reminders that go out on time

Say how long before an appointment a reminder should send, and by which channel. A rescheduled appointment reminds against the new date, not the one it was booked for.

Money, added up correctly

Deposits, balances, tips and card fees across a day, a week or a year. Take a payment at the chair for something that was never booked. Refunds subtract once, which is harder than it sounds.

Where we are

BookAmore is built and run by BookAmore LLC in Missouri, United States. It is in early access: we are working with a small number of studios so that the parts an artist relies on every day are right before the parts that only matter at scale.

If you run a studio and that sounds like the right trade, we would like to hear from you.
